So much more than I hoped for!
I DEFINITELY did not want a white watch! And from previous reviews I determined there was not much stainless steel on this watch, but I still kept going back to this one. At and free shipping, it had all the things I require and have had in prior Casio Baby G watches, so what the heck. I LOVE THIS WATCH!! It is stylish enough to wear out and sturdy enough to wear to work everyday. I work in a swimming pool teaching swim lessons and water aerobics, so I have been a loyal customer of Baby G watches for several years. I was excited to show everyone my new watch today and recommend it to others. I like the purple sparkle on the details on the face of the watch ... time, date, day, etc. I could not be happier with this purchase.

the band is not as advertised: white plastic instead of steel
Baby g is an extremely reliable sturdy watch.
I ordered the steel band because I need the band to be as reliable as the watch. I am returning it.

I'm a busy mom who needed a digital watch that was functional and good looking-this is the perfect compromise. This watch is sooooo cute. I can wear it to give baby a bath and to go out. I am so glad that I bought this-it was my christmas gift to myself!!!
