My dad loves this watch
he loves the big print plus its very modern. he says its perfect except for 1 thing.. everytime he travels via airplane, he says it goes berserk and he has to reset the time again, so i wouldnt recommend for those who fly often

Great look, but no warranty -- which it unfortunately needed. Twice.
This is a nice-looking watch with an interesting visual design.
However, having owned two of these watches and seen them both die the same way, I should mention this product's two major design flaws.
The first is obvious -- no illumination function. Why KC wasn't able to include a feature found in almost every electronic watch since the early 80's, I'm not sure.
But that is minor compared to the second design flaw -- this watch is *incredibly* fragile internally, and will die at the slightest shock to the body. Both of the ones I bought, one right after the other, went completely blank. One immediately one and one gradually -- due to a minor shock to the watch after slightly grazing a doorway or object with it. I've owned dozens of electronic watches my whole life and never seen one die from any mishandling before, much less in a such a delicate, fragile way.
The real kicker about this flaw is that unlike large name-brand watch manufacturers, Kenneth Cole's warranty is nonexistent. You have a chance to return the watch if the flaw shows itself in the first 30 days, but after that -- tough luck, you're on your own.
As great looking as this watch is, after paying for one twice and being left with nothing after less than a year each time, I cannot recommend it to my friends, as fragile as it is with no product support. Based on comments I've read in forums on other sites, I am not the only victim when it comes to this model. One would perhaps be okay with a watch that delicate if you purchased it in a drugstore for -- but not when it's an + watch purchased from a middle-to-high-end company like Kenneth Cole. The only reason I can imagine that Kenneth Cole wouldn't stand behind a product like this for more than 30 days is because they know it's cheap crap that's going to die quickly.
So, to summarize: Happy at first, feeling ripped off in the end -- twice. One star.

Nice Size and Look
This is the second watch in this style that I have purchased. I wanted a second one so I could have it when the first becomes old and worn looking. I really like the thin and unobtrusive face of this watch, I also like digital. After searching through thousands of Grandfather Clock sized wrist watches, which is the current trend, I found this very nice slick looking watch. There are very few choices like it available for under ,000.00 and I did not want to take a chance that the "Super Sized" fashion trend would continue. It is no wonder most people do not want to wear watches anymore. It has no back lighting for night viewing but I have found that this is a very minor inconvenience compared to wearing "Big Ben" on my wrist.

Kenneth Ccole Black-Faced Digital Watch
Great product! Love the sleek look/design of the watch, also it's lightweight & slim. Surprisingly, the display is easily viewable in dim light conditions.

modern minimalist rectangle digi watch
I've enjoyed this watch for two months now. The leather band is thick and seems to fit all wrist sizes ( I have smaller wrists) and it fits perfectly. The face is easy to read in various lighting conditions- you won't be able to read it in "very dark/0 light" areas - but we all have cell phones with backlight displays.
People do seem to notice/comment about the black monolithic face. The only confusing part was setting the time- the directions are generic and cover almost every watch Cole makes. I had to use a small pin (tack board push pin) to set the time. Aside from those few frustrating minutes I've enjoyed it.
